Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from date of order.
UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘2nd class’ or ‘1st Class ’ service.
EU and Rest of World order are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘International Economy" service.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Scarlet's knitwear. However, if you are unsatisfied with it or you have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unworn / unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of initial delivery attempt.
